In our COT today, a man shared his marriage is struggling and he is feeling lost. A few of us (because of our faith) prayed with him, then we got #notcoffee & he opened up. I don’t know what will happen in the future for him, but for today, he’s better off. We all are. F3

27 or so men in F3 The Fort came to honor Lt. Michael Murphy this AM. The injured modified a bit, but all put in the work to remember that we live free because good men were willing to sacrifice to make it so. Their bravery is their legacy and we should live to be worthy of it.
