Congratulations to Maisy Brayshaw - 9TY who is a cheerleader at SA academy. Maisy competes in national competitions around the UK. Recently she was in Sheffield where her team (Midnight) were placed 1st in their division, which had 12 teams competing, so it was a real victory!

Well done to Amelia Asprey - 7SY, Evie Johnson - 7SY, Sky Ward - 7DY and Isabelle Watton - 7AY who all performed at the Birmingham Hippodrome recently in the ‘Chance 2 Dance Show’. They are all from inspire2dance located in Lanesfield. Well done girls!

Jordan Preece - 8DY is incredible at darts and won the chance to play on stage against Jonny Clayton who is no less than the World Number 6. Jordan WON his game. This is just brilliant! Well done Jordan we are all very proud of you!

Hattie Jenkins in 9TY is officially the 2025 National Champion! Absolutely AMAZING! Well done Hattie!

Well done to Layla Williams in 9DY who took part in the English Cross Country Championships recently. We here at Dormston and all her family are very proud of her!

Congratulations to Noel Wilkinson in 7TX who has been with Sandwell Flyers Tumbling squad for 6 months now and has recently been selected for the West Midlands Tumbling Squad and most recently qualified at Lilleshall for the English Silver Championships!

Well done Sophie Devey in 10AY who scooped some amazing accolades recently for Dance. This is a phenomenal achievement! Well done Sophie!

A great day out at the Dudley Boys Cricket Tournament today hosted by Worcestershire Cricket Foundation! ☀️ 🏏 Some top quality performances. The team narrowly missed out for a place in the final by 4 runs. 💜

Last Thursday, we attended the Dudley Colour Run at Ellowes Hall. The event was created to celebrate Year 9 female pupils who had been hard working during both their PE lessons and contributed towards Dormston extra-curricular. As you can see……a good time was had by all!
