“Marks don’t matter” is an internet hoax. They do especially early on, and again in the first few years after uni. So get the grades. But also: join stuff. Go out. Make friends. Have fun. Do it all. Don’t pick one thing and call it discipline. Let uni stretch you, not shrink you
