I can’t afford anymore situations in my life that bring out the worst in me. It’s exhausting and requires too much for me to recover from. I need calmness and gentleness in my life. Anything outside of that I don’t have the capacity for. This is my soft and tender era.

Someone expressing consideration & care for your health & safety is such a pure demonstration of love. “You should nap. Have you eaten? Go to bed early. Take my jacket.” Consideration is sweet because it’s someone guiding you to choose yourself. It’s selfless love.
