I just got off work to find out I missed a whole lot in the past 6 hours. Don’t donate to charities, they only exist to make the people donating feel better about themselves and don’t actually donate all those proceeds. Instead, give money and resources directly to people.

If you live in an area impacted by the violence today please stay safe and if you can, bring supplies and support to the houseless folks in your area. They don’t have the privilege of retreating to safety in the midst of violence. It’s our responsibility to care for each other.
