Today, i realised that there is no point in competing while in the field of medicine All the time that you spend arguing with your seniors, juniors, attendings —> you can invest that into explaining your patients whats going on with them. Go to their room and talk with them.

Learning some right heart cath interpretations in cardio rotation. It seems to be especially helpful in confirming the dx of HFpEF (most challenging Dx to put). P.HTN also seems more prominent in HFpEF RHF from LHF is a POOR sign, ive seen patients decompensate faster #ICU

What 8 months of consistent weight lifting & intermittent cardio can do. This is by far the greatest body recomposition i have achieved in my life. Starting weight July 2024 : 190 lbs Current weight Feb 2025 : 180 lbs 💯 Body recomp = Adding muscle + loosing fat same time
