Great session with 𝙏𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝘾𝙡𝙪𝙗 Aussie O/S from Willetton Dragons. Tended to hold weight in left hip + go a bit laterally across back of the ball - working on getting weight forward and head + hands through the finishing line of the ball - great work fella!! #internationalcoaching
