Vishwajit Rane This is totally irrational medical treatment. There is no need of daily vit b12 injections. The injections are themselves useless for sciatica pain. And Emergency ward on public holiday is Definitely NOT the place to get it. And you as HM are certainly NOT needed to intervene.
