"They offered no cost estimate." The way NIMBYs keep throwing half-cocked ideas up against the wall without even pretending they pencil out or have subsidies lined up continues to discredit their cause. I'm not the only one negatively polarized into greater sympathy for arena.

Nobody is going to focus on this, but these fare changes encourage riders to get passes and to utilize the Regional Rail system for more trips in the urban core. Both smart moves by SEPTA_SOCIAL. But still need more state aid of course. cbsnews.com/philadelphia/n…

People will often say a building is too tall for Germantown or Mt Airy, but there are already places like The McCallum there, and before Philadelphia lost hundreds of thousands of residents, there were actually even more tall buildings up there.
