Trend is clear. Endoscopes are becoming smaller. Using 24Ch endoscope for HoLEP, 1 time tried 22Ch. The main question is visibility & whether irrigation is sufficient. For enucleation it is adequate. For morcel. not enough. Would prefer better image quality from the nephroscope
