Dr Rachel Clarke Department of Health and Social Care NHS Practitioner Health Thanks Rachel. It is tragically ironic that the very person (Dr Daksha Emson) whose death prompted the creation of NHS Practitioner Health would no longer be able to access the service as of 15/4. 60% of our 6000 patients annually come from secondary care.
