So my Facebook account got linked to an Instagram account, FB suspended my account telling me I have to appeal via my Instagram account linked to my Facebook account -

the account that used me to cause suspension and Facebook are faceless on responding and I have years of connections and history there I cannot touch - ideas?

thanks Facebook @meta for the disruption to my personal and business accounts. facebook account linked by a hacker who got my accounts suspended and the appeal method is through the instagram account! there has to be better customer service for users! your ai is useless

its pretty disgraceful that Facebook has no knowledge of what is a hacker using an innocent users account even when you contact them through various means, worse still they tell you to appeal via the hackers fake account. and many users have no recourse!
