The boys 4x800m relay has broken the school record Friday night at Lawrence Free State. The new record is 8:25.00. Relay members are Quinn Hanson, Lukas Hein, Grayson Lamb, and DJ Thomas.

DJ Thomas is the new school record holder in the 1600m run. DJ ran a 4:31.68 to break the record previously held by Brian Mosier set in 2012. Congratulations DJ!

Congratulations to DJ Thomas for medaling in the steeplechase. DJ ran an incredibly tough race and had a great kick at the end to get on the medal stand.

This was impressive watch on track. Piper Track & Field's DJ Thomas took the baton in 5th place, passed 2 on his first lap and passed the other 2 on his 2nd lap. Had a 10m lead into the last turn but just edged at the line. After medaling in 2000m steeplechase the night before.
