Birds season comes to an end last night, losing 5-8 to the Pirates. A great season for the team, finishing 13-4. Thank you to all the followers throughout the season!

Riewer and Rory Drewes lead team with .488 and 457 BA, respectively. Ty led team with 3 HR and 15 RBI. Riewer, Drewes, Karger, and newcomer Ty Doll all finish with OPS above 1.000.

Rory Drewes Ty Current Willmar Stingers Charlie Hodge led team with 29 IP and 1.23 ERA and 37 Ks. Stetson, Dj Clark, and Scott Seim all finish with sub 3.00 ERA.

Birds take the L last night losing 10-12. Go Shockers jumped out to an early 6-0 lead, Birds couldn’t fully recover. Lots of hits, walks, errors, baseball things, etc. Home opener today at 1:00 - hosting the Clarissa Flyers. Concessions will be open!

In other news… Our game against the Bemidji Blue Ox has been moved to this Sunday, immediately following our game against the Vergas Loons. That game will start at 1 pm! Games will be played in Midway

Birds played an all-around great 14 innings today. Unfortunately total innings played was 16. Pick up the W over Vergas 16-3. Lose to Bemidji Blue Ox 16-6 after giving up 8 in the last two frames
