Daily bug log 498/500 Learning to not try to control all aspects of my day, but rather give myself right anchors (workout, food, sleep) and hope that other than that, my body naturally will lean into the better habits. And hopefully my energy levels will return.

Most people who think they aren't good enough are actually just not ambitious enough. Have the courage to choose more difficult goals. You will fail many times, it will be painful, but you will rise to the level of your challenges, and life will actually only keep getting better.

Daily bug log 499/500 Completing things feels amazing. Even if there are phases where I don't want to continue, still completing feels amazing. Part of it is also, that doing hard things feels amazing, even when I don't think I wanna work too hard.
