This year MANAGING DIVERSE TALENT award goes to Doughty Street International (DSI) It runs several initiatives to improve equality in the workplace, focused on systemic improvements and training or upskilling initiatives across all aspects of recruitment, management and retention of diverse talent.

This year’s MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING award goes to Linklaters LLP. Linklater`s commitment to supporting employees in the UK living with domestic abuse and its work with SafeLives, a UK charity dedicated to ending domestic abuse is very much needed.

Our first ever DISABILITY INCLUSION AWARD Winner is Mills & Reeve! The new award recognises an organisation, individual, team or resource group that is advancing disability inclusion, implemented exemplary policies, strategies and initiatives that promote disability inclusion.

The BSN SOLE PRACTITIONER/HIGH STREET FIRM OF THE YEAR Winner is Lubna Shuja (LEGAL SWAN SOLICITORS). Lubna’s journey into the legal sector was not an easy feat. Despite the challenges over the years, Lubna is on track to be the first Asian and Muslim President of the Law Society
