Today, 13 volunteers from OVG assisted our gardeners with some much-needed help in preparing the outdoor garden spaces to greet our visitors. We also had the chance to welcome back Adeline Solomon visited DISL when she was in middle school.

Our Alabama Marine Mammal Stranding Network led the resuce of a stranded young male dolphin last week. Today, the dolphin is being cared for at the The Institute for Marine Mammal Studies in Gulfport, Mississippi. Read more on the rescue bit.ly/4jHIKvU.
