That's not going to cut it 18.7% open rate with 5 openers clicking a link. I probably need 100 openers clicking a link to convert 1 and get that sale Assuming the same open rate and amount of openers clicking a link, the newsletter would need 17,834 subs instead of 100! 😅

Next, I'll try the Discord server from one of my old projects Dragon Pets It's an amazing group of people (~800 members), still semi-active after 2 years but probably not the right audience. Still, worth trying

I’ve been paying too much attention to subreddits like r/webdev and r/sideproject But sharing in niche related ones is so much more powerful Like everything else, pretty obvious in retrospect.. This is getting less eyes in comparison, but already brought in 2 signups

This has proven harder than expected but I got some really good feedback I'm iterating on - product - pricing - landing page and will get that sale in 2026!
