Does anyone from Costa Coffee actually sample what they are selling? I had a cappuccino and an almond croissant on the M4 services. The coffee was watery, burnt and exceedingly bitter while the croissant was flaccid, had the texture of a damp loo roll with a tiny blob of filling.
