David Dahl, 2019 all star, got non tendered to save 3MM, which is the number that the Rockies just paid up for Daniel Bard. So either the Rockies are dumb (likely), or it’s a very tough market for position players.

Finally some activity in the SS market with Semien to the Jays and Galvis to the Orioles. Phillies looking increasingly likely for Didi, Oakland and Cincy also possible.
