2. Situasi sentiasa berubah, hatta boleh jadi sebuah fatwa yang dikeluarkan sekarang, tidak sesuai diaplikasikan bagi situasi yang samar berlaku pada minggu depan. 3. Sebab-sebab yang menyebabkan ʿālim tersebut mengeluarkan fatwa tersebut dahulu telah terangkat atau tiada.
