Auto repair shops & other "non-conforming" assets can definitely be financed. πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Banks do lend on them with the right approach: βœ”οΈ Strong NOI βœ”οΈ Clean environmental file βœ”οΈ Clear business + real estate story. . Good operators still get funded. DM to talk.
