A win for equitable development in PrinceGeorgesMD! Park Place at Addison Road Metro is moving forward with $96.1M in financing, 193 affordable homes, 11K sq. ft. of retail, & Metro access. DHCD invested $5.4 million in Housing Investment Trust Funds to support this project.
