As first half of year is winding down lots of talk about this among Tesla $TSLA people Earliest announce could be last day of Q2 to make “first half of year” deadline, but also not cannibalize/Osborne sales of less affordable models?

Disclosure: I am a $tsla holder. But people miss some of robootaxi and Optimus optimism is baked in $. IF (or when depending how bullish you are) those products generate the kind of revenue for Tesla 3 and Y did-then we’ll see the big growth.

Everyone forgets Waymo did the employee passenger thing (for two+ years I think?) and still does it in new cities when they first launch there, so it’s sort of a nothing basket Tesla is too right?

Thoughts? Just because someone points out something and it is a defensible position why unfollow? . Waymo is available in more cities and to a wider audience- so right now it is the better option everyone knows once Tesla starts ramping they will eventually catch up.

By his Tesla math- since Waymo has ~1000 vehicles, with 1160 reported collisions…. Every Waymo vehicle has been in a collision, some multiple times 🤣

Used to love his videos, but lately he has had a really negative Tesla slant. Unlike Fred- he can say positive things- but since he works for a rival charging company, a lot of unconscious bias has come

If you think you’re obsessed with your car, remember there are 67,000 people who care enough about their smart car to be in this group 🤔

Tesla should offer a one time, lifetime-of-the-vehicle FSD transfer for HW3 owners that purchased FSD. Per Tesla & Elon, HW3 vehicles are very likely going to require a significant hardware upgrade in order to become fully autonomous like their HW4+ counterparts. Doing this

Hot Take: even as a Tesla bull- with Waymo lowering prices on HW & using Hyundais- will be able to scale large metros $TSLA exclusivity if they add user vehicles to rural areas.

Almost an hour after estimate- no loaners.. still working. I know scaling service is tough, but it’s a constant pain point.

This Reply to Elon saying he’s unhappy got me thinking…. Money 💵 💰💴 buys things- things DON’T make us happy (transient dopamine rushes)– if happy before rich you’ll be mildly happier- BUT if un-content, unsatisfied or unfulfilled before— some problems will be gone (& others

Two riders experiencing Tesla FSD Unsupervised yesterday in Austin for the first time. "Woowwww, that's awesome. Look at this thing man! Inches out and then goes. Crazy; Allows this car to park, it stops, gives it room for it to park. Nice."
