In response to the pandemic, First Lady of #Chile Cecilia Morel Montes says, "We had to ensure the rights of the people living with dementia while also looking after their vaccination process. Respecting, of course, caregivers and helping along in the decision-making process." #DFX2021

How can we reach more vulnerable populations such as indigenous groups and people in #LMICs to reduce the incidence of #dementia globally? #DFX2021

Dr Tarun Dua, World Health Organization (WHO) explains "School-age children need to be made aware of dementia-related challenges and how people living with dementia can be actively engaged. Any country plan needs this kind of multi-pronged strategy." #DFX2021
