Preventing falls is a good thing. A snippet in the The BMJ here on a study from Age_and_Ageing. We have a “Steady Steps” programme in Edinburgh from The City of Edinburgh Council with some similarities to this one. Interesting to note the biggest reduction was in the worst falls.
