It's been a great week for the recently formed Virginia-Eveleth co-op. Last Saturday the Bantam A team defeated #1 Warroad in Hockeytown USA and today the BHS team knocked off the #1 Class A team in the state.

This is why pond hockey needs to exist, street hockey needs to live on, and unstructured play is so damn important. These are dudes PLAYING hockey. Coaching is important, but we also need to allow kids time to PLAY. This goal is learning from PLAY. The beautiful game.
