I have been chatting all day literally with Intuit Credit Karma & no chat rep could assist. I tell them I am at a store trying to get a heater I’m in TN it’s a snow storm, still no help

The app for Intuit Credit Karma did not offer me to add the virtual card to my apple wallet. Instead of fixing it the chat rep locked the account. Refused to get someone to call me, I called them waited 10 minutes on hold to get an offer for a callback

Someone from Intuit Credit Karma called me back I explain the urgency considering the store has now closed, at that time I had 45 minutes. A rep transferred me to a supervisor who has now transferred me to well I have no idea #backonhold

I have been on the phone now for 25 minutes. The store has now closed so I have no heat it will be single digits and I expressed this to Intuit Credit Karma chat reps all day as well as the two reps on the phone! #DoNotUseThem #badcustomerservice
