You ever read a book so good it basically hijacks your whole day? Like I’m out here doing my chores, but my brain’s stuck replaying that one line, and my heart’s still trapped somewhere between those pages.

No matter how we advance technologically, never abandon physical books. Never lose the feel of a book between your hands, the smell of the pages, the charm of the spine on your bookshelf, and the ability to really smack someone over the head with a hardcover.

They say books aren't real but how do I explain to them that I've felt more alive in imaginary worlds than I ever did in reality.

I’ve decided to not set a book goal for 2026, bc I don’t want the pressure to hit a certain number. BUT one goal I do want to complete is to start and finish a high/epic fantasy series this year 🤭
