"Hmm...it really has been quiet as of late. No drama or anything happening around my end. Which is good. Hopefully it stays this way." The jackal crossed his arms and stood still. His caution and guard dropped momentarily as his eyes drifted up to admire the beautiful blue sky.

The jackal let out a sigh before pulling out a picture he had folded up in his pocket. He doesn't always carry it with him but it was a picture of the jackal squad. He does miss the old days sometimes. But he knows they disbanded for good reason.

Of course after a few minutes he folded the picture back up and put it back into his pocket. "Of course being a father to a beautiful son and daughter was amazing as well. They're still growing after all."
