One perk of building a fitness app is to test a new feature you need to do a workout

Apple Watch Live Sync is here! To turn on Live Sync update to the latest 1.29.0 release. Go to Settings > Apple Watch and turn on the toggle. With Live Sync turned on the workout data that you log on your phone will be synced to your Apple Watch in real-time, and vice versa.
