Getting ready for a new plant series on succulents, cactus & tropicals. I was filming on the patio today and went inside to answer my phone, came back out 15 minutes later and a squirrel had stolen almost all of my cactus seed pods. It left one for me. #cactus #tucson

Something felt weird in the universe today... Then I get a message from family I haven’t been in touch with for years. Not sure what’s happening. Waiting to find out.

Shit 2020 is kicking my ass.

So last month my grandma (my only grandparent left) passed away. And now yesterday my dad was rushed to the hospital emergency room, currently in the ICU with kidney failure and internal bleeding and they don’t think he’s going make it.

Sorry I’ve been MIA guys. When I found out my dad was in critical condition in the hospital, Michael and I wrapped up work and headed for Oregon, 25 hours on the road... Here I am. My dad is sleeping somewhere under that silver blanket.

I just want to thank you all for your thoughtfulness, kindness, well wishes. My dad passed away last night, he went peacefully in his sleep and wasn’t in pain. I’m grateful we made it to Oregon in time to spend the last week with him.
