تم توقيع عقد تعاون بين شركة اسمنت الصفوة وشركة تكنولوجيا طحالب الصحراء (DMT) و مركز أبحاث الاحتراق النظيف (CCRC) في جامعة الملك عبدالله للعلوم والتقنية. و تم الاتفاق على تطوير طرق للاستفادة من غاز الكربون المنبعث من المصنع والمياه الملحية للأستفادة منها لاحقاً في صناعات اخرى.

تم توقيع عقد تعاون بين شركة اسمنت الصفوة وشركة تكنولوجيا طحالب الصحراء (DMT) و مركز أبحاث الاحتراق النظيف (CCRC) في جامعة الملك عبدالله للعلوم والتقنية.
و تم الاتفاق على تطوير طرق للاستفادة من غاز الكربون المنبعث من المصنع والمياه الملحية للأستفادة منها لاحقاً في صناعات اخرى.
