99.9% of the time when a high school or college kid tells his parents he’s not getting playing time because “coach isn’t giving me a chance” he’s full of crap. Every single practice & workout is an opportunity to prove yourself. Are you REALLY doing the work you say you are? 🤔

8th grade parents: Your number one concern for your freshman athlete isn’t if they play varsity or not, it’s if they PLAY! Minutes on freshman or JV are much more important than sitting on a varsity bench as a freshman. Is it about their development or ego?
