In my ex company, the Manager mode CEO quite literally dragged the company down as compared to the Founder mode guy which saw the fastest/most aggressive growth.

Trust me, I celebrate it. But, it almost feels irresponsible when the MRR is literally peanuts when compared to a full time gig here in 🇸🇬 . Like “wtf are you doing with your life mate?! You’ve got 2 kids!”
