Ok, here’s the thing. Google pays $400k per engineer in TC (total comp: cash + stock). Startups competed with shares…. Now the shares are worth -70 to -90% … so they would need to compete on cash…. Impossible since markets are frozen

I think you can effectively compete with no-code against a 10x-20x more funded company if they use traditional SW engineers
