$PYPL PayPal up nearly 2% today leading the sector where Buffet backed $NU is down -6%. First green month since its $70 break in April. Buybacks are off too, Blackout period. Waiting on rate cuts & management to give a full bullish outlook, then we could see a long term epic run.
