JP Caneiro Billy Mark Laslett I'm reminded of this great paper. Even in those with specific back pain (e.g. radicular pain), changes on MRI do not distinguish between those with a favourable or less favourable outcome. Patients improve & in many cases, the structure doesn't change. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10…
