🌳Greening Schools Initiative Kicks Off at Lenana High School This is the beginning of a transformative journey at Lenana High School,where hope,nature,and action come together under the Greening Schools Initiative led by the passionate team from Youth Green Action Kenya (YGAK).

From the early morning hours, the school grounds were buzzing with energy and commitment as students, staff, and the YGAK team united with one common goal: to restore and green their environment by planting life one seedling at a time.

🌱As we planted trees across different corners of the school, each seedling symbolized not only a step toward environmental recovery but also a statement of responsibility by the young generation to protect their future.

🌳 Why Greening Schools? This initiative is more than just planting trees it's about nurturing a green mindset,instilling climate responsibility,and empowering students to be active environmental stewards within and beyond their communities.
