Attacking any hotel because you think people seeking asylum are housed there is a wicked thing to do. But the ‘patriots’ attacked a hotel housing veterans to UK military service. Filthy, stupid, racists.

It’s difficult to grasp the immense disgust and pain felt across the country at this moment due to the repulsive actions of an ill-educated minority. The fact that many of our friends & neighbours no longer feel safe is deeply shameful and we must do better as a nation

The attack on a hotel believed to house asylum seekers is beyond comprehension. Such violence not only targets individuals seeking safety and new beginnings but reflects a broader societal issue regarding compassion & acceptance. This is what years of false narratives results in.

The footage being shared is tempting to avoid but crucial for white people to watch all of it. We must confront reality and cannot turn away. The individuals targeted simply cannot escape this & neither should we. We must strive for immediate & drastic change & real repercussions

“We’re not here to cause trouble, we’re here to protect our community”

Well, this is appalling. I’d strongly urge anyone who is uncomfortable watching this to lodge a complaint.

We’ve reimposed visa restrictions on Colombia because we had a small rise in asylum claims. This is exactly how our border policy drives irregular migration. Have to be here to claim asylum, but any suspicion you’ll claim asylum we won’t let you get here safely.

The “criminal gangs” are not putting people’s lives at risks. Their lives are already at risk in their home country and they have no choice other than to take a life risking journey because the govt refuse to create safe routes.
