Found today that Rust benchmark harness short circuit bench execution if time is stable within 100ms. It means different runs can measure performance over different amount of work. I don't think it's a good idea, especially when you can not configure it. #rustlang

Sadly, it's practically impossible to use PMU on macOS for performance analysis. So I'm thinking to buy some 1L PC for non virtualized Linux/Windows setup. Looking into ThinkCentre M90q Gen3 from Lenovo. Dedicated server costs about $50/month, PC will pay off in 12-14 months.
