I had a washer delivered yesterday, AOL207813180 the old washer should have been taken away, there was no room on the van, it should have been collected today not happened, I spent 45 minutes waiting, no one has come back to me & washer not collected. I've paid for this

73 mins wait to talk to someone how ridiculous. My old washer still hasn't been collected & I've paid for this service. Bad customer service, CS person didn't get back to me yesterday
