We've said this many times but it bares repeating because oof the gaslighting is strong this week: abortion legislation that protects time-based bans *requires* entrenching myths and stigma about later abortion. It just does.

I don't have to imagine. It's hard to describe but I instantly understood abortion bans as the cruel scams they are. I'm sorry it took experiencing it to give up the ghost of compromise with the state. Don't wait until you or someone you love is in this position to believe us.

I agree with Medical Students for Choice. As a person who has actually HAD an abortion later in pregnancy, if policy has a viability limit included, it’s an abortion ban. Very disappointed in orgs that purport to be reproductive leaders in Mo today. They’re letting Missourians down.
