One of my proudest moments last year was when the National Service Authority worked with the Ghana Prisons Service to enroll 30 inmates of the Nsawam Prison for this year's National Service, having completed UCC. We will continue to monitor their progress over the service year

The NSS certificate does not carry more weight than an official ATTESTATION. Both are of same value and one can be used in place of the other. Let us not turn away personnel whose certificates are jot ready yet from opportunities if they can produce a valid Attestation.
