I'm retweeting this for no reason. Completely unrelated to the retweet here's 2 fun facts: In SF, if you squat at a residence for 30 days, you earn tenant's rights. And if you occupy a residence for 5 years and pay its property tax, (even under adverse possession,) it's yours.
