Using the German Longitudinal Election Study (GLES) 2021 candidate study, Constantin Wurthmann and I find that Bundestag candidates who identify as LGB+ adopt more progressive positions on societal affairs and are also more progressive than their respective party: shorturl.at/BDGQS (oa in European Political Science Review)
