Hello Denver avis the service was terrible. Our car class was incorrect and we had to jam 5 adults into a small sedan. Before that, the car they tried to give us wasn’t even in the space. To boot, I am a preferred customer and name wasn’t on the board so waited in ridiculous line
Should also tag corporate Avis Car Rental so they can be aware of the supremely crappy experience at their Denver airport location.

Hey Air Canada the service at your ATL deck is beyond slow - were 3rd in line and have been waiting for over 30 min to get checked in. Ridiculous and line queuing up big time behind us. Staff more agents please!
Hey Avis Car Rental at YYZ and our “preferred” reservation wasn’t on the board and have been waiting over 20 min for a car to be brought around (after waiting 20 min in line). Wizard number PW695A - some “preferred” service this is! 👎
Hey Fifth Third Bank - my boyfriend has spent the better part of an hour getting transferred endlessly between customer service departments to resolve a lost card issue. After being a customer for 30 years, this is insulting. Pls can higher level escalation help???
