Flat roof I'm sure it even cost less to make

For this land size , this won’t be less than 1 billion naira in Lekki 1

Cost wise, the flat roof is a better option. Aesthetics wise, the flat roof is a better option. Life-span wise, the pitched roof is a better option.

Anyone abeg, my own be say make i no just pay rent!

I'll pick Hip roof anyday even though it's stressful for me as a solar installer, but then it's better for electrical maintenance. And if it's Hip like the below video it's perfect for solar installation and for electrical maintenance.👍
