.Theodore Ruger: To the class of 2021: As you begin your time here @PennLaw, I want to take a moment and remind ourselves that our nation’s foundational legal document recognizes that much work remains to be done to make our ideals of justice, equality, and liberty a reality.
.Theodore Ruger: We want you to dive into not just learning the law, but learning the political context that surrounds lawmaking. We want you to learn about the business and economic realities that interact with law, and the psychological and sociological roots of core legal rules.
.Theodore Ruger: Yes, the next three years will be hard work. But it will also be some of the most fulfilling work you’ll do, individually and with classmates, who will be your friends and colleagues for life.
.Theodore Ruger: I am so grateful to be part of your beginnings in this profession. For myself and all of my colleagues here, we are so honored to welcome you all as members of the @PennLaw class of 2021!

“There is a huge amount of buzz,” Theodore Ruger said. “We’re thrilled that she has agreed to do more than one event. All the events are full, if not oversubscribed. There is a tremendous desire to interact with her.” ow.ly/ekTc30hXamh
