The lil Nic looked at his adult counterpart and his eyes widened a bit for a moment. Then he slided a "Y" handshape back and forth between the two of them, indicating that he was wondering if they were the same.

Holds his hand up near his forehead. The index finger is bent and the tip of the index finger is touching the pad of his thumb. Then he flicks his index finger so that it points up, in direction of his right ear. 〝 I . . . an't hear . . . 〞

At first, Nic didn't really know how to react but he proceeded to put his fingers near his lips in a sort of flat hand before moving this hand forward and a bit down in the direction of the pink haired female. ⠀⠀⠀He basically said something like 'thank you, you too'.

Nic did know some stuff about sign language and so he formed his right hand into an "F" handshape, touching the tip of his index and thumb fingers to the tip of the nose. Then, he proceeded to pull his hand out away from his face then sharply downward. ⠀' Not really far . . . '
